Refund policy

All Tubers and Cuttings are from stock grown for at least one full season in our garden. We are licensed and inspected by the Oregon Dept. of Agriculture. We practice the strictest sanitation and growing practices as we are such a small operation that we do not have the space to space for potentially contaminated specimens. We cull our seedlings aggressively in the early stages to ensure that only the strongest of the strong make it to blooming ( in our challenging HIGH WIND environment this is essential) and harvest seed from the choicest blooms 

Tubers are all checked for leafy and crown gall at many points before shipping as well as eyes, damage or rot. 

All Tubers must be inspected and any issues emailed with 48 hours of receipt .

We are not responsible tubers once they have been accepted and are out of our hands. Tubers that do not bloom true: Please email a picture of the plant when it blooms and an order number. We will offer a credit for the value of the tuber or a replacement next season. Please understand that we are mostly a one-two person operation and be kind and patient if issues arise, this is our first season with this website! We will do out best to come to a fair resolution for everyone.  We reserve the right to cancel orders in extreme situations.
